It has been a long time coming but this weekend I finally released my first book. The Hupomone Principle is an introduction to a biblical view of perseverance that has been growing in me since I renewed my relationship with him back in 2000. It was while studying in 2014 that Paul’s use of the word Hupomone caught my eye and I began to explore his treatment of the ideas of perseverance and endurance. God’s timing is amazing and it was in the last few months that I reviewed the manuscript and realized it was ready to move forward. After that it was a series of divine appointments that moved The Hupomone Principle from the drafting board into reality. Godly perseverance has been an important quality of the Christian life since Adam and Eve but I believe current events make it more crucial for God’s children to truly understand what it means.
